Brings Dexterous Hands to the 2025 China-ASEAN Expo
The 22nd China-ASEAN Expo will be held from September 17 to 21, 2025, in Nanning, Guangxi. The Southeast Asian collaborative robot market is experiencing explosive growth. Thailand, Vietnam, and MY, as the core markets within the region, together contribute the major share of the regional collaborative robot market. In terms of application scenarios, the two major fields of electronic assembly and automotive parts are the most prominent application directions, with their combined application proportion at a relatively high level. In the first quarter of 2025, the number of newly installed collaborative robots in Southeast Asia reached a historical peak, among which the procurement demand for high-precision collaborative robots in the electronics industry grew particularly rapidly. During this exhibition, Ruiyan Zhikong once again showcased its popular products, the RY-H1 and the RY-H1 series dexterous hands. The RY-H1 has 16 active degrees of freedom and 21 motion joints, weighs 0.87 kg, has a maximum fingertip force of 20 N per finger, a maximum grasping force of 160 N, supports multiple industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD, and is suitable for precision assembly scenarios.
The RY-H2 Standard Edition, designed for lightweight operation requirements, adopts a design with 6 active degrees of freedom (a 16-degree-of-freedom version is available as an option), weighs only 0.6kg, has a thumb side swing and bending speed of up to 360°/s, a maximum gripping force of 140N, a recommended load of 10kg, and achieves efficient operation while maintaining a compact structure. Both products support the optional installation of tactile sensors, providing flexible solutions for industrial scenarios with different precision requirements.
As China and ASEAN countries continue to deepen their cooperation in the digital economy, intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction for industrial upgrading on both sides.
